TRAINING COURSE : USAGE OF SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (S.C.B.A.)

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

Knowledge:

• Understand the medical health considerations for the safe use of breathing apparatus (B.A.).

• Learn about gas toxicity, environmental hazards, and proper respirator selection.

• Gain hands-on experience in the safe and proper usage of Fenzy’s respirator.

• Understand the basic functions and maintenance checks of Fenzy’s respirator.

Personnel required to use a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)

COURSE CONTENT:

• Medical Checklist

• Environmental Safety Considerations

• Video Presentation (30 minutes)

• Basic Operating Principles of Fery’s Respirator

• Operating Function Checks

• Donning and Doffing Procedures

• Practical Assessment

• Quiz (10 minutes)

COURSE DURATION:

A half-day training session conducted at either our premises or the customer’s site. A minimum of two (2) week prior notice is required for course preparation.
